yeah the same thing happens to me everyday from the same guy. He calls over and over if i don't answerwhich i don't

threatened me with federal wire fraud , that I received money and it was placed into my account and that now I am going to be arrested tomorrow at work . I do not even work on Sautrdays . He stated that he is a paralegal and that he has all the paperwork and that I am going to jail. I hung up and then he called right back.

You can't be arrested for owing money at any rate. Its a civil matter, not criminal.  If he really was a paralegal, he'd know that,lol!

I too received a call from a woman named Jack Cooper. Very harassing, very threatening, reporting it to state attorney general office.
