even i received this message last week .... i thought dat this guys are scammer , even i reported to local cops near to m place abt the harresment this giys are askin to pay 645.35 , they were harresing me dat they will download the case and i have to go to jail for not paying back m payday loan .... it was really a horrible week .... they really send the court letter n i suffered from bad scenerio they send cops at m office i wass in court for 4 hours ... they have m all information m whole 9 digit social, n licence num .... m bank details .... i paid 5000 to get out of this mess....

I to received a call from " Catherine Williams that was threatening and of "time sensitive" manner. She stated also that I needed to have my attorney call her. This call took place on September 20,2011. I did save it.Two weeks prior I received a similar call saying if I wanted to prevent from being arrested I would need to send money before noon that day with prepaid card from Walmart or Walgreens for 645.37 copied and faxed to them along with picture ID.. Fax number given was 951-489-0225. Other names used in addition to Catherine is David. All personnel calling have strong foreign accent.

If your boss had the stones to operate within U.S. borders you would all be crying like infants once we got through heaping FDCPA lawsuits upon you and ended the story with the lot of you being escorted away from a raided office in handcuffs.
just received this message to call kevin marsh this is about the 50th time i have received a call from these people. and they say if you don't return their call god help you. it is a scam these people have heavy middle eastern accents. if you tell them you are going to call the attorney general they stop calling for a few weeks then start up again.
That is BS, these folks have to have someone deliver court papers to your home if you were to be at court and if there was a judgement you would have got that in writting. Believe it if you want to but I have a problem with foreign sounding people using American names to scam people out of money. Plus things like this are CIVIL matters and you can not get arrested for not paying a bill. This is nonsense and a scam. I believe you might be in on it so quit it while you are ahead. There is no money to be made off me or anyone else these people call. Give it up!!
