I received a call a few minutes ago from this number insisting that I call to avoid action in a magistrates court. Wasn't difficult to figure out this was a scam, but I'll help in any way possible in tracking down these crooks.
They can't be tracked. Callers are located in India and Pakistan. As such they are beyond anyone's reach. Invest in a call blocker and do NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
Not possible. Scammers are hard core Indian and Pakistani scammer/extortionists and as such beyond the reach of US law. Occasionally money mules in the US are arrested, but the bulk of the scammers are overaseas. Invest in a
call blocker and do NOT pick up on numbers you do NOT recognize.
