It is Castle Windows. I had significant work done by this company, windows, doors. Did a good job, but I am done with them. They call relentlessly and via different numbers. Despite repeated requests, they just don't stop calling. 7 days a week, all hours of the day, never leave a message.
I'm having the same problem. I signed up through Service Magic over the weekend, and for the past five days, they have been calling without leaving messages 3-4 times per day, everyday. I don't believe in encouraging pests or aggressive sales tactics, so I've decided not do any favors by scheduling an estimate--I'm going with someone else. I just wish that they (and companies like them) could read this and take note!
Another disgruntled person. signed up with Service magic to get a door installed, wanted something reasonable, told the woman that. HD $450 door + $500 ish installation...was my price range, She insisted i sit through a 1.5 hr presentation i said no, she said yes we are cheaper. Salemen came, cheapest door was $1800. Enough said. STOP CALLING AND GO AWAY!
Also signed up with service magic. Since I signed up this morning, Castle has called me at least 4 or 5 times without leaving a message. I do not answer the phone for unknown numbers and do not call back those who cannot at least have the courtesy to leave a message. How rude! I certainly will not be using their service. So sorry I have used service magic. To top it off, I only got 3 contractors recommended. Hardly worth it!
Castle Windows. I called them back for a free estimate and they told me they could only do it if both me and my wife were both present for the salesperson to speak to. I told them that would be difficult and they said unfortunatley they could not help me.
I cancelled my appt. w/Castle Windows. They still call 2-3 X every day. I had to block this #. But when I check my blocking device, they still call every day, even though they can't ring my phone. I smell a rat on this one; no reputable company harasses people to death!
