These so called energy companies are calling non-stop from various numbers. I have been a do not call number since its inception and this has been the first company to transgress this agreement.
I got frustrated enough today to check this number out on-line and found your posts. I am going to follow-up on the reporting suggestion. I have calls on my caller ID from this number almost everyday going back to August 23rd. I deleted a bunch but most times they called twice a day. Please everyone follow-up on this and get these guys to stop. I am on the "NO CALL" list.
Getting numerous calls from this number. When I return call, hoping to get a live person who I can scream at I get a recorded apology and then I'm asked to hit "1" if i wish never to get another call from this number. Of cause the recorded voice asks for your phone number to be removed. Then theres a very crisp "good bye".
Almost seems to say "got ya".
I just finished the online reporting of this company to the FCC. Thank you Itzme for providing this link. Please everyone use it. So many others get these annoying calls and don't even get this far in the process as we are all busy with lots to do. These guys count on that. It takes about 10 to do the quick online reporting. I reposting the Link to the FCC site and I am enclosing my comment section too .(they give you up to 1000 characters). If you are frustrated enough to have gotten this far, go the extra 10 minutes.

"You can not speak to a live person if you call back on this number. You can only request your number be removed. Via Internet reporting sites others have stated this company continues to call. After receiving repeated calls 2 a day almost on a daily basis I took the time today to report this matter. Please insure that those of us who PAY to keep our home phones for our families to contact us in emergencies are not harassed by those who skirt the "No Call List." They claim on their incoming message that they were "going to do a survey"--they were not. Others who actually picked-up the calls and spoke to someone said they are clearly telemarketers. I understand that they may offer this excuse of the were calling for "a survey" to avoid people complaining as I understand legitimate political surveys may be exempted from the Do Not Call rules. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP THESE ABUSES. THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CONTINUE TO INCONVENIENCE OTHERS WITH TOTAL DISREGARD."
