I get calls at least twice a day from this number.  I am on the do not call list!!!

If you call the number, you can opt out of the calling list. It's an insurance/warranty service. You most likely got an internet quote on auto insurance.

Just take yourself off the list and quit living in fear of the number.

NEVER call scammers back. Never.

This clown is either terminally stupid or works there. Probably both.

Just ignore it or decline.
