Pretty sure the is a robo call. Its pretty good to since it repeats answers when you ask a question. If this is an actual person they sound like a robot.

It's an auto response system (named Alan) that asked to speak to the business owner. When I asked if this is a recording, it responded "I assure you I am a real person". When I said "Well the person who you need to speak to is in a meeting, can I get your call back number" it said "I can not receive incoming calls. Why don't I set up an appointment with the business owner at a later time." I said because I don't know when his schedule would permit that" It then asked "Are you the business owner?" I said "No" and it hung up. I have to say it was the most amusing robo-call I have ever heard, but it is auto-response.
