Who called from 8562959707

I live in Nova Scotia and just got a call from 856-295-9707.  I did not answer the phone but instead quickly googled the number.  They did not leave a message.  So tired of these calls.

It called me in BC. I answered at the same time as the machine, and it hung up.

I got the call too at 11:42 am. An automated voice came on saying it was "David from CCCF" about credit debt. It's the second time I received a call from them!

They called.  I answered with "Hello?".  There was just silence on other end, so I hung up.

I didn't bother answering this number after I punched it into the web browser and found this forum.
