Who called from 8562959757

I've been getting calls from this number almost every day for the last couple of weeks. All my caller ID says is "Camden NJ", no business name, etc.

I did not answer the call.
No message was left.

annoying calls which tells me collections/telemarketing scam! Alot of scams going on in many
forms I don't bother entertaining any number that shows up on my cell ID that I don't know I ignore
all those calls period!

This was an advertisement for a free home security system if you post a sign in your front yard. Part of the message was started before my VM started collecting the spiel.
I added it to a Do Not Call complaint - seems like a waste of time, however, maybe they will start enforcing again in the future. CID = Home Safe Wca

When I answer , They hang up, Im  enabling call forwarding on this number
