I have used Comcast/Xfinity call screening to block this number.  At least once a week, the "missed calls" records show they have called 5 times in a row, in a period of only one second.  Appears to be a new technique to bypass call blockers.  Fortunately, the Comcast system stops them before it even reaches our  phone, so it doesn't even ring.
