Received a call on my mobile phone from 856-322-1257 on 2/25/2017 at 11:54am EST. Caller ID displayed "Berlin NJ". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the comments posted I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.
