I also received call - I do not have Caller ID but my outgoing voice mail message is "I maybe screening my calls so please speak at the beep" and yes, if it's someone you know they will always start to leave a message so you can pick up and if not - they hang up pretty damn quick !!!

Dang ! It called exactly one minute before my call blocker was scheduled to auto-shutoff so the phone rang and my outgoing message played out but scummer didnt leave a message... which is a sign of a fargin sneaky scammer bastage.
Oh well, I'll just block this loser's whole area code.
Startel, LLC ---Just called and hung up before the answering machine came on. Since I did not know who they were, I did not pick up the phone........There seems to be an abundance of calls which should not be allowed to continue since we are on the DNC LIST.
