Called my church on 2/21/12 & my friend on 2/23/12 & said that they were checking up on my character & work ethic because they were looking to hire me as a supervisor. I NEVER applied for a job. What's up with that? Creepy! I called the # back an all it does is ring, no answer. Freaking me out.
They called me on Feb 7 at 3:07am and again today at 5:27. The caller ID shows Starnet. I bit of hunting around the net shows the real company name may be Discount Energy Group. Another site someone stated the phone number was owned by a Greg Ruth of Malibu, CA. After I get a few more of these I am going to hunt down a very hungry attorney who wants to make some money on a class action sute.
Called at 1:44 AM this morning Feb. 9. Had a bad night's sleep the day before and was hoping to get a better one last night. Took me a while to get back to sleep and I have to get up at 5 AM. There has to be something to do to stop this particular company as we are all having the same issue of them calling late night or early morning. Maybe contact the company on the "legit" number and tell them that if this is one of their numbers, someone is using it illegally (late night, early morning calls), or if it really isn't them, then they need to find out who is using it because it is going to get their company sued for all the violations. Let them do the leg work!!!
