856-376-5266 from Penn Grove NJ has been calling daily for quite a while and frequently multiple times a day. I never answer and never leaves a message. Obviously, Do Not Call list doesn't inhibit these phone scammers as I've signed up my number numerous times and hasn't stopped this or any of the many others.
First problem is that you signed up numerous times which means that each time you do it resets the clock to 31 days for your name to get back on the list. Second problem is that the DNC is just like any other regulation, it does not prevent criminals from breaking it, it simply sets the terms of what will happen to them if and when they get caught. Third problem is that most of these criminals are from countries like India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Russia, and China and there is nothing that can be done about it. They use spoofed numbers to make it seem like they are in this country to steal from honest Americans.
