This number calls you alot lately because it's a collection agency...do you owe money to a bank, hospital bills, etc...then they are calling to speak to a certain person about getting their money.
I am a former collector, so I know all the tricks of the trade, these cowards who will not even allow their corporate name to be published, are in for a lawsuit. According to the Fair Debt Collections Act (FDCPA), the collection agency is only allowed to call a wrong number once after they have been notified that the debtor is not at that residence and the number is not the debtor's; it usually takes at least 48 hrs for a system to update an account, so, they get one 'freebie'. After that, they are open game for a lawsuit. They will be hearing from my attorneys shortly.
I received a second call from "Mrs BPO LLC" in 2 months asking for a person that I think I know, but not sure. The pre recorded message only uses a first name only. The message ask if this person is home or if this phone number is correct. I know it's not for me and the number they called is my phone number and no one elses.
