Scammer on Craigslist. I listed an item for sale and he inquired on the item and wanted to get my name and address to make payment or something. Then he would send someone to pick up my item.
One way to scam a Craigslist lister, using just a name and address, involves sending a phony certified check to the seller, so the seller ships the item (or allows it to be picked up).

I had put something up on craigslist yesterday and this number contacted me with everything that I have read. I don't know who I should report this to.
Craiglist scammer - said her name was "Karen Scott". Wanted to send me a $300 MO for a gown she never saw in person and was going to have a "moving" company pick it up. Needless to say, I didn't fall for it!
