I just got this call here in Minnesota; funny thing is, I've already picked the glasses up today (about 2 1/2 hours ago). In addition, while I am totally satisfied with these new glasses, I'm still going to take my prescription to Zenni Optical, and get a couple more pairs of glasses, at an even better price.
Got a call from this number this very early this morning, message not left. Looked here to see who it was. Have never been to any Americas Best Glasses .I guess the person who was supposed to get the call did not. Hope they do not call me again .
"America's Best" is sending out calls from a phone based exchange (PBX) to random numbers and if you answer it disconnects hoping that you will call back and select "1" for hours and store locations (advertisement) or 2, to disconnect. Somehow, they got a phone number list of previous (other site/business) eyeglasses and are harassing to generate new business. Unlike some other fake posts here, it's not a reminder call for those who purchased product. Their just slamming a phone list to generate interest. It's being reported to the FCC and phone company. What this tells you is that you should NOT do any business with "America's Best" or any affiliates.
I completely agree. I just went there to get the $70 deal and left with a $300 bill, and they don't tell you until it is too late they just keep telling you "it will be cheaper this way".
I received a call from this number and it's America's Best (eyeglasses). When I purchased my glasses, I was told that I would receive a robo call informing me, the glasses would be ready for pickup. It's just a informative call in my book!
