I also received a call from this number and they threatened that if I didn't pay them $715 that a police officer would be at my job the next morning to arrest me, that I would be in jail for 15 days and I will end up having to pay $5,000 dollars and I better get an attorney. Needless to say, none of this happened.
Get phone calls monthly about when my retirement check is due threatening me. They also go into this speal about me being sued and have I 4 hours to call them or someone will serve me papers at my work and I will be fired. My boss and I already tell them I no longer work her because of them but the appreantly do not understand English. Today they left a message on work phone. Worked for an attorney once and know how the legal system works. Sorry about their luck but not getting any info from me.
I felt the need to share my story. This morning I looked into a paydayloan (car broke down) because I thought that would be a quick solution. I only need $400 , but when I saw the ridiculous interest rate on this loans I passed.
One company wanted to charge me $2300 for borrowing $400.......hahahahahaha !!!
This morning I get a call from 856-583-0510 telling me that funds were deposited into my account. They were not btw.
What I understood the caller to say was that some company tried to put the funds in my account, but now that I think of it, I'm sure what he was trying to say was that they tried to collect on a debt by electronic method and were not able to lack of funds.
Went on to say that a warrant for my arrest would be issued tomorrow morning and that I'd go to jail and pay a fine.
They said they were from some Jersey law firm. I told the guy I never accepted any loan from anyone and asked for his number. Since I spoke to that guy I got two more calls from a private number which I'm sure it's the same people.
One time there was no answer, second time They asked for me and I told them to stop calling me
and that I had reported them to the FBI. FBI was the first thing that came to mind....hahahahaha !!!
That's were I'm at. All of this due to my car going down !!!!! yikes !!!!!
I should have payed attention in auto mechanics class in high school.....hahahahahaha

I too recieved a call from this number with a threat of an arrest. Someone with very broken English told me if myself or retained attorney did not return call there would be a warrant for my arrest. I did nothing only blocked call. Final words on message was "wish me good luck". My thoughts Ha, good luck to you!
I just received a call from this "South Jersey Law Firm" - Mr. Anthony Davis - phone # 856-583-0510 - I told him to give me his name and number and that I would have my attorney contact him. Unfortunately I had already paid them $329.00 but then after thinking about this I called the loan company and confirm that I had already paid this loan in full. Now they keep calling me and are harassing me at work saying that I have to give them my attorney's number and if I don't they will keep calling me.
I am now worried that if they calling my job I will lose it. This guy is making me crazy!! How do I get them to stop calling my job.
Received a call from someone alleging to be David Fowler. Same gibberish as From LA above and some of the others. I've filed police reports as well as FTC complaint and notified FBI's Internet Crime Division. Caller did not identify company he claimed to be from. Left me a callback number for his "Division".
