Unknown credit card company called to offer lower rates. Foreign female voice. When I asked her to take me off their calling list, she hung up immediately. I am on the no call list but get many calls still to my land line. I will report.
just received today a call on my cell phone from 856-596-9964. Did not know the number and did not answer. No message was left. Looked on 800 notes and saw previous messages. (JRC3)
I spoke with a female who offered lower rates. I hung up and called the credit card company who advised I was right. This is a credit card scam trying to steal your credit card. Don't fall for this. They will never call with offers and asking questions. I also believe this is a computer generated voice and not a real person so beware.
