just got this number saying they were NJ police officers association and wanted a donation. Said if you are legitimate, send correspondence to my residence. I then hung up.
Man claiming to be calling to raise funds for a police organization. Wanted $15.00. When I asked that he send a mail request he answered that the organization doesn't do that. They just send receipt and a stamp to show that I donated.
