Who called from 8566271792

I am getting the calls, too.  Don't know who it is.  It started on Sept 12, 2007

I just began to get calls from the number 856-627-1792 on 09/12/07.  It sounded as if the call was dialed unknowingly by the person. I heard background noise but no response when I said Hello two or three times.  Then the line went dead.  I got another one today 09/13/07 and I didn't answer. No message was left.

9/13/07  Been getting calls for 2 days now....get busy signal when call number back........wonder what this is about.....

number on caller id at same time exactly every day.  lists as "telepoint".
no messages left.

I got a call today at 1:13 pm EST.  My answering machine picked up the call, but before they hang up you can actually hear a female talking to another person.  She said something like "i'm used to that".

Same phone number same company name.
