Did not answer.  Unknown caller that appears to be part of a scam reported on the internet.

credit card scammer/phishing/spam; does not honor do not call list

Only answer calls from people or numbers that you know.....Calling my home phone was bad enough but now calling cell phone pisss me off

Rec'd call. Did not answer. Left no message. Saw previous reports re: credit card scammers.

Scam: I was offered a lower interest rate on a card that was already lower than their offer! Hah! They hung up when questioned further.
