Called my cell...BLOCKED

I picked up the call, computer voice said "good bye." Seems like a computer is calling around verifying actual phone numbers to me. Vineland, NJ

I stupidly answered reflexively. After a brief delay, there was a machine woman's voice that just said good bye and then it hung up. Messed with my cell phone; had to power off/on but seems ok now.
