Caller ID said "Elmer Family" thought it was a wrong number from a doctors office in a town about 40 miles away.
As soon as the woman said "Mr ........ ? Hi I am calling from the association of Police........"  that's as far as it got before I laughed said "Oh no not this" and hung up.  Likely a scam charity solicitation ...tis the season.
