just got called by them did not pick up

I just got a call from this phone number 856 773 4724. He sounded wear... I could not understand what he was asking me..
then, when I told him he got the wrong number, he was upset telling me you should said so at the begining.. simple" this is a wrong number" Before I hanged up I told him, It's not my fault he is having a bad day !!!!

We should have the right to stop those kind of calls!!!!

this people are calling a person that dont live here and i dont know who she is

received a call left a message about my Comcast business account.  For 1 I cannot get comcast in my area and have been in this area for 10 years.
