Call to my cell phone and hung up.  No msg left.

Received a call from 856-784-2444 on 7/17/2017 at 3:13 PM, the CNAM read as "New Jersey." I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I don't know who they are but I just got a call from them on my cell.  Did not answer.  Is this another scam artist?
