Gentlemen,
I just spoke with the FCC about this. They said they couldn't trace the calls - they don't have the equipment. It would be up to our individual phone companies to trace the calls. I was told that it is NOT a law-enforcement issue, but we may go to our local police departments to ask what they could do to help us (probably not much). I was also told that if the number that these people are calling is on the DO NOT CALL list, then you can file a complaint with the DNC. DNC doesn't reply to individual claims, but they may turn it over to the enforcement division if there are enough claims about the same number. And FINALLY if the calls are not originating in the United States, then very few government agencies have jurisdiction to do anything about it.
By the way, DAVE, please don't generalize about any one specific ethnic group....one might say F***G Jews, Blacks, Catholics, Irish or Americans....or whatever you happen to be. Just because a few people are acting poorly, you should know better than to blast an entire race of people. From the looks of your uneducated typing skills, maybe you need to go back to school anyway. While you're there, try to learn some manners.
