Got a call at my parents house. Demanded I call back by 3pm today. Gave me a case number. Knew personal information of family members (names) and REALLY outdated information about me. Demanded payment of $500+ or they would summon all family members to appear in court and didn't OR wouldn't provide me with any documentation to support their claims. Been a victim of scams before... this appears to be another one.
Just got a mesg on answering machine asking for me. She said there was a complaint filed against me & needs to speak with me immediately before it processes?? Really?? No company name just an "Agent Angela Goldberg" After seeing this & now knowing its crap do I bother to call & screw with them or ignore it & hope they don't call again?? Whatcha think guys? ;)
I also got several from the same Agent giving me a case number regarding Theft of Stolen Property as I see I'm not alone.. the only property I know is them stealing our phone numbers... IGNORE... is my plan...
Good one! Think about that. They are saying that you stole something that was stolen already. Obviously not very intelligent, probably not English as their first language.

Same old, same old. Threats, arrest, service of process. Ignore and block the calls.
rcvd several calls at my place of business saying they are contacting my HR dept having police sent to my employer, etc. i should avoid embarrassment and pay today by 3 pm... then they called back and said its 2 pm and time is past .... something about aarons
