If you owned a company and someone went online, they gave you all of their contact info and either registered for a webinar about one of your products, downloaded a trial of your product or downloaded whitepapers about your product wouldn't you follow up to see what the interest was in your product and see if there is any additional information you could provide for them? That is all this call is. No one is trying to sell you anything. If there is an interest in buying a product or if someone needs technical help, this caller can direct you to the correct person. I assure you that no one has any time to google or research to find a phone # to call and "harrass". The phone information is provided by the person being called. If you tell the caller that you have no needs and wish to not be contacted again they can mark it that way in the computer. If you dodge the call, chances are you will receive another call. If you look at the website the office hours are 8:30-5:30 EST so no one is calling in the middle of the night.
