Recorded message saying they were from Account Services for my credit card account. Nothing wrong with my account, they just want to talk to me about my eligibility to lower interest rates. In other words, they want to give me another credit card. My number is on the Do Not Call Registry, so I don't know why they are calling me.
This number called me yesterday after I refused to accept a call two days ago from their (202)844-1646 number. They called my cell phone and I have blocked both numbers. IF your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with them for free.
