Received a call today 4-27-15 from (864) 571-9898 (Greenville, SC) Land Line on my cell @ 12:50pm CST. Didn’t leave a Voice Mail. I blocked the caller.
Hello Seniors is the message - you're qualified for a medical alert monitor. Pressed #1 - was disconnected. They're trying to get info about you - social security #, etc. It's a scam.
received a call from this unknown number. I did not answer it but i did ask google, and they showed a debt collector's
number. I do not have any debts in the hands of a collector. Google showed Matthews, Pierce & LLoyd.
Has called a number of times. If I answer it's some recording about an alleged service they say they want to provide. I finally Googled the number to find some way to get them to friggin stop!!
If I don't answer, they leave no voicemail, but in any case, if I want a service, I'll call you, please don't call me ANYMORE!!!!
I suggest to fellow readers, be cautious. I can't be sure if it's a scam, but if it quacks like a duck.......
