Who called from 8646060001

Yep, one ring and hangup.  I wouldn't know about the email part of the scam, my mail server does not accept email from outside North America. :)

I recently added a new app to my cell phone and just noticed that it blocked this number... my phone never rang, but it says it's from BeWiser+ About Breast Cancer. Was nervous that this new app might block numbers of good callers, but so far, each 'block' I've checked has been one I would WANT blocked!  It was a free app it's called (simply), "Call Blocker."  (yellow-orange, square-round icon with a phone and Do Not symbol).  So far, it's doing great and I'm totally unaware of when the caller calls.  Love it!

Caller called my phone and rang once.  Now blocked and reported to DNC list.

Caller called my cell phone this afternoon.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Reported to DNC List.  Number blocked

Received multiple calls from this number and after first time, I never picked it up.  They never leave a message and all searches come back as a "spoofed" number on the web.  So annoying
