Certainly agree that the DNC list is a toothless tiger. I've reported these card services people so often to the DNC people you'd think they'd get off their butt, fine them for violating it and get some revenue coming in instead of the DNC staff just collecting their paycheck. I've done the same as far as looking up the numbers and the names behind them. Phones may be based in some state while the owners are in Florida. So why can't the DNC staff do the same? I'm sure they have greater access to ownership information than we do.
