Says his name is David Parker and that he is a process erver and her tried to verify my personal address so her could serve court papers to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but process servers don't contact you BEFORE they serve you. I think it's a total scam. They have called my mother in law and brother in law with this garbage. Also use the numbers 716-242-7584 and 888-314-7675.
I got a call from a local area code (I live in TX) "process server" who told me he was serving for criminal charges, but wanted to give me a chance to stop it before it goes to court. He gave me the 888-314-7675 number you listed. He has left several messages then called my elderly mother-in-law leaving a threatening message and scaring her to death. I answered the next time he called and lit into him. I told him if he ever called her again I would notify the local police, etc. I called the 888 number and they wanted my credit/debit card so I could clear a $715.00 debt. They would not tell me who I owed the money to and said he represented consolidated debt-no web or physical address. He became angry and abusive when I told him no, I finally hung up on him. The process server-Joe Morgan has called at least 10 times in the last 2 days saying he is on his way to my home with the papers but I have one last chance to make a payment....yeah right. This evening I finally blocked his number because he's filling up my mailbox! These people (if you can call them that) are the scum of the earth. Oh yeah, his last voicemail said something like "God help you"...crazy!!
