Same thing here called when answering machine picked up they hung up.

called id said s,c, call

how are these people getting phone numbers.

This number called my cell phone today asking for Cindy. Told them they had the wrong number then called back within 30 mins asking for Kathy. Not sure who they are when I call the number back they pick up the phone then hang-up. Im blocking there number from my phone now. Caller ID says Greenville SC

This number called my cell phone today and the caller I.D. said Greenville SC. A woman asked for Martin. My name is Mark and I'm from Greenville SC, so I corrected her to say "No this is Mark."  She hung up immediately after I corrected her.

Same problems here with this number. When I traced the number, it showed it was from a cell phone owned by Level 3 Communications.
