Who called from 8649901879

Received a call from this number.  When I answered the call no one said a word.  I kept saying hello, hello, hello but no reply.  Don't waste your time answering the phone if you should get a call from this number.

Called back, and got a recording stating it was HBW Leads offering car insurance.....

same thing.. Don't waste your time answering the phone

I have received a call from this number too11/15/2013<7:35pm ,  When I answered there was no one and there was name QVD.

Caller ID says QVD. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.
