Ridiculous, 7 different telemarketer calls today!! They seem to go in streaks. I received calls from Asia Pacific (this call was an upstate SC #, go figure) Unknown Caller, people's fake names (notice they will show first names then last names-real caller ID calls show last names first) unknown name with local number listed, .........., 000-000-0000. I only keep my home phone because I've had it for 19 years. I don't get these calls on my cell because I don't put it on my checks or for purchases or orders or doctors, etc, because it would be sold like our home number. I pick up and immediately hang up. Don't call them back or push 1 to be taken off their call list, it just confirms a live number. It doesn't matter if your on the DO Not Call list, these creeps don't operate by any rules, all they care about is ripping you off. Don't fall prey to these con artists. A legitimate charity will send you a request in the mail, don't waste your time, pick up and hang up or let the answering machine get it!!!
