I answered. Just some weird noise on the other end.  Blocked.

Called, nothing but weird breathing noises on the other end.

I answered thinking it was an exterminator but no one spoke on the other end - blocking the number

Left voicemail after first call. Referenced Energy Choice Discount thru my electric provider & return phone number has 740 area code but my electric provider has 937 area code. Between 3:43 pm & 4:13 pm today they have called 30 times. Caller ID on cell phone lists as "potential fraud".
