Collection agency trying to collect on a debt.  Call daily but do not leave message.  If what I read above is true, then any company can 'buy' a debt for pennies, and 're-new' a dead collection and avoid the years that pass where a collection cannot be collected.  No debt ever goes away, apparently, as long as there are loopholes to help these bottom feeders make you pay up for what they only bought for pennies.
