Who called from 9172675823

keeps calling but will not answer

He was selling testosterone products. When I told him not to call again, he called  back and called me a
c---sucker.
He had a foreign accent.

Has called me 4 times and never answers.  I just blocked his number.

I have had many calls from this number 917-267-5823. Each and every time all the caller says is "Good bye"

Keeps calling, almost every afternoon. I answer, they say, "Goodbye", and hang up. When I call back, they give the options of speaking to someone, who never comes on the line, or getting on their, "do not call" list. Only problem is, they hang up before you can exercise the "do not call" option.
