Left a message that they were the IRS trying to contact me as a last attempt before filing a lawsuit against me.
People need to remember that the IRS will mail everything.  They will also make you sign for the mail if it is a lawsuit notification.

HAHAHAHAHA !!  When I called back it was a busy signal. Not surprised if you'll get INDIA. All you can do is laugh.

Claimed to be IRS going to file a Lawsuit.  Would not talk to me.

Called claiming IRS had a pending lawsuit against me.

Claimed had a pending law suit and was last attempt. When tried to return call all I got was a busy signal.  Even I know the IRS mails everything but would like to find the company behind this!
