I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and have reported this number. Will never ever ever answer.  Keeps calling consecutively.  I can see the # on my phone. I tried calling back.  Says this person's mail box has not been set up yet.

Has called three times in the last hour. No one is there, leaves no message

Called 2x today 12:53 & 4:01pm EDT on 8/16/15  Seems to be the same as 917-282-1387: No answer, tried to recall, voicebox not setup,
