Received a call on 7/13/16 at 6:35 pm. Don't answer if I don't know the number.

Have received 6 calls in a 45 minute time span. They also use 917-328-9259. Blocked both numbers.

Rings and no one says anything.

Silence, no response. Hangs up after saying hello three times and saying to the silent caller, "Last time" and then hangs up.

Called but left no message.
