I hurriedly answered the phone as I was expecting a call this morning. After a few seconds of silence, a recorded message offered me a 'free' medical alert system. Several months ago I used to get these calls frequently, then they stopped, now I get one. I called the ID number (which was only identified as 'wireless caller', and got a message of non working number.
Left long message on our answering machine. No company name. Life insurance, reasonably, for people over 55 because of Obamacare. Have no idea what health insurance has to do with life insurance.
Push 1 to talk with representative or another number to get off list.
We NEVER answer if we don't know who it is. People tap into legitimate lines and/or use local numbers outside the US. We are in Oregon,
