Robocaller says "Hi, this is Josh from customer service. Can you hear me?"
If you say "Yes", they now have a recording of your voice saying "Yes" which they can now append to whatever questions they want, including authorizing charges to your credit card, etc. Just hang up on "him", which is what I did.

Just got a call from this number. it looks like a regular NYC cell phone number, so i picked up the call. big mistake.
if you say hello, an overly cheerful young woman will come on line and pretend like her headset has a problem. and then she'll proceed to talk your ears off about some travel discount blah blah and won't listen to you when you try to tell her anything. i put down the phone, walked away to use the bathroom, washed my hands, hung a new towel, and came back to her still babbling about the trip.
she asks if i want to be transferred to some dept, so i say "ummm, why do you-" then she hangs up on me.
