This is one of many spam robocalls I have received daily in the last few months. Caller ID is always the name of a city. This time I stayed on the line and said yes to all the recrded questions. The intial human-like recording says "Julie from Home Promotions," then I was transferred to a "security specialist" from "Impact Home Security." I asked them to add me to their DNC list.
One of those recorded messages that's made to sound like a person. "Oh! I'm sorry about that! I'm calling because you've stayed at one of our resorts" blah blah. If you interrupt they dont' react because it's a recording and not a real person. Blocked.
