I declined this call, then called back blocking my #. A recording said that it was a survey that had been completed (in minutes!) and one can press 9 to remove # from their list.

Blocked my number and called back. Stated survey I was called for is no longer available and what to do if I wanted to be removed from the list.

Spamers. In other words harassers. They should be arrested. The Do Not Call List is useless: a waist of time and taxpayer dollars.
