I kept asking for an appt; he kept talking about circumstances that prevented this:
"My first email shows that we moved out of the province that why we are renting our home out to you, so you can only drive by and see if our home meet your needs and get back to me so we can discuss further."
I went to the address listed to warn the owner, but they were not home.
I tried to report to local police, but they wouldn't take a statement because I hadn't actually lost $$. However, he does have my personal information ;-/

Sorry, I posted the note above in reference to the wrong # -- the person that was texting + emailing me from this number called himself "Dr Smith". Said he had just been hired by Unicef and transferred to the US; that's why he could not meet with me or show me the house.... blahblahblah
Ironically he also claimed that he used to use a realty company, but that the realtor had defrauded renters and was dishonest. That is why he deals with it himself for renter's "safety and security."

Is also using the name Dr. Park
I became suspicious when the first message he sent me said $1100 and then he sent the same message but with the amount changed to $1300. I then looked into the name "Dr. Park" and then the phone number.
