Called twice when no one was home but left no message. Have no idea who this could be.

This Number Is Scammer number Don't Receive This Num

I tried to call the number back.  They have called 4 times in the past 2 days, once before 7am, but the number is busy.  The one time I did answer, they started to speak then hung up on me.

This number has called and hung up on us 4 times a week for over a month now. They NEVER speak, and they do NOT answer on return calls
