I know who this is:  it/he/she goes by Christie Stellios and sometimes Sandy (Alexandra) Caravanos.  I always suspected that she worked from home because she always - ALWAYS - responded to a message on fb.  Even if I'd set the alarm and gotten up at 3am to check fb, she'd respond.
